Return/Cancellation Policy

We are very interested in making sure that our customers are satisfied. We pledge to provide you with innovative products with exceptional quality and value and with customer service that exceeds your expectations.

All of our artworks are drawn to a great likeness and to your description so we're sure you will love the result. In the rare case that you’re not happy with the artworks we will do our utmost to work with you until you are happy with it. Unfortunately we are not able to give refunds on any orders once production has begun.

We do realize that circumstances change so that if you want to cancel your order, your refund is dependent on the stage of completion when you cancel:

  • Orders cancelled BEFORE the artist begins work (normally within 1 hour) - 100% refund.
  • Orders cancelled AFTER our artist has started but BEFORE shipment – No Refund.
  • AFTER shipment - Because we don't ship until after you have approved the Preview, there are no refunds at this point.  We of course will replace anything that has been damaged due to defect or shipping as long as it is reported within one day of receipt.  

If you find any fault with the products which you ordered just drop in a mail to and send the product back to us; we will replace your order with no questions asked. But product has to be sent back within seven days after receiving it, and it has to be sent back in the same condition (label intact)

If the goods are returned because of any product damage, will bear the cost of return shipment and also replace the product.

Exchange Policy

We do have a very rigorous quality control department but a sometimes a few hitches do go unnoticed. If you find any fault with the product which you ordered (eg. print torn, color is faded etc) just mail us at and send the product back to us; we will replace your order with no questions asked. But product has to be sent back within seven days after receiving it, and it has to be sent back in the same condition.

Revision Policy

Our artists work very hard to take your photos and scene description and turn that into true caricature art using their expertise. The preview you receive is intended to be the final product for your review. On occasion, customers want changes made. We are happy to make changes but note that some changes can add time and money:

  • Oops - No charge – If we missed something that was in your original scene description or made a mistake we will obviously make the change quickly for no charge but make sure that you consider this possibility in your timing because we will not pay for expedited shipping.
  • Minor Changes  – No charge – Small revisions that don’t take a lot of time will be done the first* time at no charge (subsequent changes are Rs. 500). Examples: color changes, adding text, or adding small objects. These can take 1-2 business days to complete.
  • Major Changes - Billable – Major changes will add cost and time. Examples: moving subjects, new set of photos for caricature, background changes, lots of little changes that were not in the original etc. We will provide you with the exact amount before the revison. Since these changes take longer to complete and are considered new scope, we will adjust your new proof date as necessary.

OFFLINE (Call Center):

When customer places order over the phone. At times customer places an order on website however payment gets stuck in gateway and payment may not go through. In such situations customer might get a call from our specialist support unit to assist them in placing the order.


Customer can visit the branch directly to deposit the payment or can transfer the payment through net banking

For each product or service you order on any of the Sites, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service (including any sales taxes, surcharges and any delivery fees for the delivery service you select) as of the time you submitted the order.


In the event that any payment is subsequently declined, the order will not be released or completed until alternative funding arrangements have been agreed and payment made in full. Subsequent completion of the order will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. accepts no liability for any loss howsoever caused or for non-delivery under these circumstances. The customer will be responsible for the payment of any additional charges which have been incurred as a result of payment failure.


Refund could be processed if it is agreed upon and communicated in writing to the customer.

Types of Refund:


Refund is credited directly through the mode from which customer has paid the money (Credit Card, Bank Transfer)


If the customer has paid in Cash/Bank Deposit the Refund will made in the form of cheque in the name of the customer post which it takes 5-7 working days.
